Terms of Service

Vinci AI is an AI visual asset generation tool for creators, marketers, small businesses, and personal creative projects. The service helps users create images and visual concepts from prompts and generation settings.

You may sign in with Google through Supabase Auth. You are responsible for the activity that occurs under your account and for keeping your Google account secure. If you believe your account has been used without permission, contact us.

You may use Vinci AI to generate safe visual assets for creative, marketing, business, educational, and personal projects, provided your use complies with these terms and applicable laws.

You may not use Vinci AI to create, request, upload, store, or distribute content involving:

• NSFW, pornographic, explicit, or sexual content.
• Deepfakes, face swaps, impersonation, or misleading identity-based content.
• Celebrity likeness, public figure impersonation, or unauthorized use of a real person's likeness.
• Copyrighted characters, logos, trademarks, or other third-party intellectual property infringement.
• Hateful, violent, illegal, abusive, deceptive, or harmful content.
• Content involving minors in unsafe, exploitative, or sexualized contexts.
• Automated abuse, scraping, rate-limit bypassing, reverse engineering, or attempts to overload the service.

Outputs are generated by AI and may be inaccurate, unexpected, incomplete, offensive, or unsuitable for your intended use. You are responsible for reviewing generated outputs before using, publishing, or relying on them.

You are also responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights, permissions, and clearances to use any generated content, including for commercial, marketing, or public-facing purposes.

Free usage may be limited by account, IP address, device, anonymous client identifier, daily quota, or other controls. Vinci AI may change limits at any time to prevent abuse, protect service reliability, and control AI generation costs.

Generated images and related records may be stored to provide generation history, result pages, product functionality, abuse prevention, and service reliability. Vinci AI may remove, hide, or restrict content that violates these terms or creates risk for the service, users, or third parties.

Vinci AI may offer one-time credits purchases for additional image generation capacity. Credits are not a subscription, may be subject to account and abuse-prevention limits, and may be used only through the Vinci AI service. Current credit packages and generation costs are shown on the Pricing page.

Refund requests are handled through our support channel and reviewed under the Refund Policy. Contact us with your account email, checkout details, and a short description of the issue.

Vinci AI is provided as an evolving service. The service may be interrupted, changed, limited, suspended, or discontinued at any time. We may also update models, providers, limits, features, storage behavior, or user interface details as the product evolves.

Vinci AI may suspend or terminate access to accounts or generated records that violate these terms, create legal or safety risk, attempt to bypass limits, abuse infrastructure, or harm the service or other users.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Vinci AI is provided without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for losses related to AI outputs, service interruptions, data loss, unauthorized use, or business decisions made based on generated content.
